Airod Sdn Bhd

Established in 1976 as the first and only in-country military depot level maintenance facility to support the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) aircraft and its associated engines, aero components & avionics. AIROD was privatized in 1985.

AIROD became an authorized Lockheed Martin Hercules Service Center in 1986. Since privatization, AIROD has gone on to support 76 combined military & commercial customers from 33 countries by providing world class quality depot level maintenance, aircraft customization & modification which includes structural & avionics upgrades.

AIROD currently offers a complete range of aviation services for training, fighter, transport and VVIP aircraft. Testament to its commitment towards embracing the highest global standards of service excellence. AIROD also provide total support worldwide through its Field Services Team (FST).

Airod Techno Power Sdn Bhd

Airod Techno Power (ATP) Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 1995. The company is a certified Rolls-Royce Authorized Maintenance Center (AMC) for T56/501 engine of C-130/L-100 aircraft. The certification of AMC recognizes ATP as one of engine maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facilities in the world since 1998. We are also a certified Lockheed Service Center for Quick Engine Change (QEC).

Our facility is equipped with a wide range of support services such as cleaning (chemical & mechanical), non-destructive testing (NDT), electroplating, welding, robotic plasma spray, advanced machining and engine accessories testing.

ATP offers a complete power plant testing facility through its computerized water-dynamometer test bench and Mobile Engine Test System (METS) for final verification of performance parameters upon completion of servicing.

The proven track record with over 700 serviceable engines both Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) and International over the years has positioned ATP as a credible T56/501 engine MRO player in the international market. ATP customers include countries not only from ASEAN such as Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines but also world-wide customers such as Japan, Ecuador, South Africa, Libya, Uganda, Yemen, Kuwait, Sri Lanka, Algeria and Bangladesh.

ATP has been certified to meet the standards of compliance in Quality Management System as required by EN9110:2018 and ISO9001:2015.

Aerospace Technology System Corp Sdn Bhd

Aerospace Technology Systems Corp. Sdn Bhd (ATSC) was formed as an offshoot of the MiG-29 Offset Programme between the Government of Malaysia and Russia. The Company was incorporated on 25th June 1994 in Malaysia as a joint venture company. ATSC is 70% owned by NADI, 25% by the Public Joint Stock Company Russian Aircraft Corporation “MiG” (PJSC “RAC “MiG”), 5% by FSUE Rosoboronexport and MOF holds one golden share.

ATSC’s primary activity is maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) focusing on Russian aircraft and technologies. ATSC has service the MIG-29 aircraft for 22 years. With this exceptional experience and back up by a team of technical personnel, the Government of Malaysia has awarded ATSC the maintenance of Sukhoi 30MKM on 4th Oct 2011. On July 2017, the Government further recognize ATSC’s capabilities and performance by appointing ATSC as Malaysia One-Stop-Centre for Russian origin products and services in Malaysia.

 

ATSC Sukhoi Technical Centre (STC) is located at Gong Kedak Air Base, Gong Kedak, Terengganu. STC was established in 2010 as a maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) centre for the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) Su-30MKM aircraft and its components.  

ATSC Corporate office is operated from 2 locations i.e. MiG Technical Centre (MTC) at the RMAF Kuantan Air Base, Pahang and at ATSC Subang Office in Subang Selangor.

Our Logistic Centre also located at ATSC HQ in Kuantan that provides full product support via procurement of spares, POL, consumables, component and parts for both MiG-29N/UB and Su-30MKM aircraft.

ATSC Engineering Development Centre (EDC) was developed at our facility in Gambang, Kuantan to provide design and development services as well repair of Su-30MKM avionics and mechanical components.
