AIROD was established in 1976 as the first and only in-country military depot level maintenance facility to support the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) aircraft and its associated engines, aero components & avionics. AIROD was privatized in 1985.
ATP is the Rolls Royce T56/501 Authorised Maintenance Center. We provide complete capability to repair and overhaul T56 Engines of C130 Hercules aircraft.
ATSCwas formed on 25th June 1994 as a result of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Government of Malaysia & The Russian State Corporation ‘Rosvoorouzhenie’ presently known as JSC ROSOBORONEXPORT & Moscow Aircraft Production Organization (MAPO) presently known as JSC RAC MiG.
ATSC is recognized by Government of Malaysia as a One Stop Centre for Su-30MKM and by the Government of Russia as Single Window for Su-30MKM. ATSC business activities since its inception is to provide total system support to MiG-29N and Su-30MKM aircraft which include Intermediate Level Maintenance (ILM) and Depot Level Maintenance (DLM), upgrade, enhance, modernize, technical services and supply chain for all systems incorporated in the aircraft including Government Furnish Equipment (GFE)/non-Russian equipment.
STC has been audited by DGTA and was certified as an Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO) and Authorised Engineering Organisation (AEO) for Su-30MKM aircraft.

AAe currently operates 7 hangars with 15 aircraft bays capacity including a dedicated environmentally control paint hangar.
ADCwas set up in January 1997 as a non-profit organisation by the Government of Malaysia to promote the development of the Aerospace sector. Under the auspice of Economic Planning Unit (EPU), the company was allocated with a launching grant of RM 10 million. SME Industries, under Khazanah Holdings was tasked to implement the project while EPU supervised the policy and setting up of the initial institution.
